Ingredients
  • 1 c reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Assorted fresh vegetables
  • 1 c fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced onion

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first eight ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
