Ingredients
  • 1 tsp butter .
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds .
  • 2 1/2 c salted cashews .
  • 2 1/2 c salted peanuts .
  • 18 oz caramel apple dip .
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup .
  • 3/4 c sunflower seeds

Directions
  • Step #1 In saucepan, mix caramel apple dip, butter, corn syrup.
  • Step #2 Heat to a rapid boil (234 F on a candy thermometer).
  • Step #3 Mix in nuts.
  • Step #4 Stir until the nuts just start to turn brown.
  • Step #5 Spread out on a foil wrap covered cookie sheet.
  • Step #6 Dust with powdered sugar for a holiday look.
