Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step #2 Lightly grease 9x13 inch cake pan.
Step #3 Sprinkle top half the pecans & coconut over bottom of pan.
Step #4 Make cake mix as directed on box & pour batter over pecans & coconut.
Step #5 Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, & powdered sugar until creamy.
Step #6 Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over cake batter.
Step #7 Do not stir in theto batter.
Step #8 Bake 40-45 mins, or until tests done.
Step #9 Cool completely.
Step #10 Make pudding as directed on box & spread over cooled cake.
Step #11 Sprinkle top remaining nuts & coconut over pudding, along with half of the toffee bits.
Step #12 Spread Cool Whip over pudding & sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.
Step #13 Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
