House Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar .
1 scallion, minced finely .
2 tbsps finely sliced parsley .
6 tbsps olive oil .
1 1/2 tsps Dijon mustard .
1 minced garlic clove .
2 tbsps red wine vinegar .
1 tsp salt .
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Step #1 Stir salt into vinegars.
Step #2 Add mustard & pepper.
Step #3 Whisk swiftly while adding oil continue till everything is well incorporated.
Step #4 Finally add garlic, scallions, & parsley till all are well mixed.
Step #5 Store in fridge till ready to serve.
