Orange-glazed Salmon For 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar .
  • 3/4 tsp grated fresh gingerroot .
  • 2 tbsps orange juice .
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil or vegetable oil .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 2 (4 oz) salmon fillets .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions
  • Step #1 Whisk soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger, vinegar & sesame oil in small mixing bowl.
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Spice up salmon with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Heat olive oil in medium nonstick skillet over high heat.
  • Step #5 Arrange salmon, skin side up, in skillet; brush with glaze.
  • Step #6 Cook 4 mins, then turn.
  • Step #7 Brush tops with glaze; cook 4 mins more.
  • Step #8 Remove pan from heat; cover & set aside (fish will continue to cook).
  • Step #9 Place remaining glaze in small saucepan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #10 Simmer & stir until glaze is warm.
  • Step #11 Spoon glaze over salmon.
