Ingredients
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsps white sugar
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar.
  • Step #2 Make a well in the center of the bowl.
  • Step #3 In a separate bowl, milk, mix together the egg yolks, & oil.
  • Step #4 Pour into well of flour mixture & stir well.
  • Step #5 Stir just until ingredients are moistened.
  • Step #6 In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Step #7 Fold into batter.
  • Step #8 Cook batter in waffle iron.
  • Step #9 .
