- 3 tbsps white sugar
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 egg whites
- 2 c all-purpose flour
Directions
- Step #1 In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar.
- Step #2 Make a well in the center of the bowl.
- Step #3 In a separate bowl, milk, mix together the egg yolks, & oil.
- Step #4 Pour into well of flour mixture & stir well.
- Step #5 Stir just until ingredients are moistened.
- Step #6 In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
- Step #7 Fold into batter.
- Step #8 Cook batter in waffle iron.
