Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
Step #3 Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Step #4 Drain (reserving 1 tbsp of grease) crumble bacon & set aside.
Step #5 Heat reserved bacon grease in skillet & saute onion until soft.
Step #6 In a large bowl, flour, beat together eggs, thyme, parsley, milk, salt & pepper.
Step #7 Add bacon, onion, mozzarella & cheddar cheese; mix well.
Step #8 Pour mixture into pie crust.
Step #9 Bake in preheated oven until lightly brown on top & firm in the middle.
Step #10 Serve warm.
