Easy Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple slices .
1-2 large bell pepper, sliced 1/2 inch thick (red, green, I use a combination of red & green) .
4 boneless chicken breasts .
4 pieces heavy duty alumium aluminum foil wrap .
1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick (red, white, yellow) .
bottled teriyaki sauce .
salt & pepper .
butter

Directions

Step #1 Place one chicken breast in center of a square of alumium foil wrap & salt & pepper.
Step #2 Layer onion & bell pepper slices & 2 pineapple slices on top of each piece of chicken.
Step #3 Drizzle 1-2 tbsps of bottled teriyaki sauce over chicken mixture.
Step #4 Put 1 tsp butter on top of pineapple slice.
Step #5 Seal up alumium foil wrap by folding edges together.
Step #6 Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 mins.
Step #7 You can also put these on the outdoor grill on indirect heat.
Step #8 Serve with rice.
