Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Combine sliced apples & rhubarb in large bowl.
Step #3 Sprinkle top lemon juice over fruit & stir this to coat.
Step #4 Sprinkle top 1/2 c white sugar over fruit & stir this to coat.
Step #5 Butter an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
Step #6 Place fruit mixture in prepared dish.
Step #7 In separate bowl, mix quick cooking oats, brown sugar, flour & cinnamon till mixd.
Step #8 Cut in cold butter till mixture is crumbly.
Step #9 Place dry mixture evenly over fruit.
Step #10 Bake for 40-45 mins or till fruit is tender & crust is golden brown.
Step #11 Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
