Fiery Island Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp minced ginger .
  • 4 boneless pork chops .
  • 1/3 c hot pepper jelly .
  • 4 tsps jamaican jerk spice .
  • 2 tbsps pineapple juice .
  • 4 slices pineapples

Directions
  • Step #1 Coat chops with jerk seasoning, set aside.
  • Step #2 Microwave jelly, pineapple juice & ginger on high for 30-60 seconds or until melted.
  • Step #3 Grill pork over medium high heat for 5-6 mins per side, turning once.
  • Step #4 Baste frequently with the glaze while grilling.
  • Step #5 Put pineapple rings on the grill during last 3 mins of chop grilling time, baste with glaze, grill until heated through.
  • Step #6 Serve chops with pineapple.
