Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsps honey .
2 tsps Dijon mustard .
1 tsp curry .
1/2 c sliced pecans .
1 c blueberries .
1 small red onion, thinly sliced .
2 tbsps rice vinegar .
1 c strawberries, thickly sliced .
Dressing .
6 oz fresh spinach .
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar

Directions

Step #1 Wash spinach & spin dry.
Step #2 Add blueberries, strawberries, & onion.
Step #3 Mix carefully.
Step #4 Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Step #5 Pour over the salad just before serving.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with the sliced pecans.
