Salmon Steak Kyoto Recipe

Ingredients
  • Marinade .
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced .
  • 1/4 c orange juice concentrate .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard .
  • 1 tbsp green onions, minced .
  • 2 lbs salmon steaks .
  • 2 tbsps cooking oil .
  • 1 tsp lemon juice .
  • 1/3 c light soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all marinade ingredients.
  • Step #2 Marinate salmon steaks in refridgerator 30-60 mins.
  • Step #3 Remove salmon from marinade (reserve liquid for basting).
  • Step #4 Grill over med-heat/flame for 10-20 mins (flip the salmon steaks once halfway through & baste with remaining marinade).
  • Step #5 Serve as soon as possible.
