• 1/2 tsp baking powder .
• DRIZZLE .
• 1/4 c raisins .
• 1/2 tsp almond extract .
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg .
• 1 tsp water .
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
• 1/4 c confectioners' sugar .
• 3/4 c sugar .
• 1/4 c water .
• 2 egg whites, beaten .
• 1/4 c plain fat-free yogurt .
• 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce .
• 1 c all-purpose flour .
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves .
• 1/4 c cornstarch .
• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• Step #1 In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients.
• Step #2 Combine applesauce, water, egg whites, yogurt, & almond extract.
• Step #3 Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
• Step #4 Fold in raisins.
• Step #5 Pour into a greased 8" square baking dish.
• Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
• Step #7 For drizzle, in a bowl, whisk confectoners' sugar & water until smooth.
• Step #8 Drizzle over cake.
