Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs (well-beaten) .
3 tsps cinnamon .
1 tsp baking soda .
1 1/4 c oil .
1 1/4 c pecans, sliced .
3 c plain flour .
2 c sugar .
1 tsp salt .
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed

Directions

Step #1 Stir dry ingredients in large bowl making a well in the center of mixture.
Step #2 Mix remaining ingredients & pour this into well.
Step #3 Stir enough to dampen all ingredients.
Step #4 Pour into greased, lightly floured loaf pans.
Step #5 Bake at 350 degrees - 45 mins to 1 hr, or when done.
Step #6 Cool before removing from pan.
