Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 c reserved chicken broth .
1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup .
1/2 tsp black pepper .
1 c buttermilk .
1 c self rising flour .
1/2 c melted butter .
1 tsp salt .
2 1/2-3 lbs chickens

Directions

Step #1 Boil chicken until it's tender & remove meat from bones.
Step #2 (i use boneless chicken breasts).
Step #3 Reserve broth.
Step #4 Cut chicken into small pieces & place this in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
Step #5 In a saucepan, mix & bring to boil the reserved chicken broth & soup.
Step #6 Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl margarine, pepper & salt, flour, & buttermilk.
Step #7 Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Step #8 Pour broth over mixture over chicken.
Step #9 Spoon batter over top.
Step #10 Bake at 425F for 30 to 45 mins.
