Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c reserved chicken broth .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 c buttermilk .
  • 1 c self rising flour .
  • 1/2 c melted butter .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs chickens

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil chicken until it's tender & remove meat from bones.
  • Step #2 (i use boneless chicken breasts).
  • Step #3 Reserve broth.
  • Step #4 Cut chicken into small pieces & place this in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
  • Step #5 In a saucepan, mix & bring to boil the reserved chicken broth & soup.
  • Step #6 Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl margarine, pepper & salt, flour, & buttermilk.
  • Step #7 Mix thoroughly to form batter.
  • Step #8 Pour broth over mixture over chicken.
  • Step #9 Spoon batter over top.
  • Step #10 Bake at 425F for 30 to 45 mins.
