• Step #1 Grease the bottom & sides of slow cooker (aka crockpot).
• Step #2 Place chicken in slow cooker (aka crockpot).
• Step #3 Combine all the remaining ingredients except fresh herbs.
• Step #4 Pour over chicken.
• Step #5 Cover up.
• Step #6 Cook on low for 6 hrs.
• Step #7 (If convenient, stir after 3 hrs of cooking.
• Step #8 ).
• Step #9 Sprinkle top with fresh herbs just before serving.
• Step #10 Serve with rice, couscous, or over toast as a SOS meal.
