Ingredients
  • 3/4 c sugar .
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs .
  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained .
  • 1/3 c butter, melted .
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips, whatever kind you like (optional) .
  • 1 banana, sliced & tossed with .
  • 1/2 c sliced nuts (optional) .
  • Filling .
  • 1 c halved strawberries .
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, to prevent browning .
  • 3 eggs .
  • Crust .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 c mashed bananas .
  • Topping

Directions
  • Step #1 For the crust;.
  • Step #2 Mix crumbs, butter & sugar.
  • Step #3 Press onto bottm of 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Step #4 For the Filling;.
  • Step #5 Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until well mixed.
  • Step #6 Add eggs & mix until mixed.
  • Step #7 Stir in mashed bananas.
  • Step #8 Pour into crust.
  • Step #9 Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until center is almost set.
  • Step #10 Cool.
  • Step #11 Refrigerate 3 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #12 For the Topping;.
  • Step #13 Top with strawberries, sliced bananas, & pineapple.
  • Step #14 Drizzle with melted chocolate chips & top this with sliced nuts, if desired.
