Step #1 Mix custard powder with 1/2 c of milk until smooth.
Step #2 Add 3.
Step #3 5 c of milk, cardamom & sugar into a sucepan.
Step #4 Bring to the boil on medium heat,stiring frequently as not to scorch.
Step #5 Remove milk from heat.
Step #6 Add in the custard powder slowly stirring all the time.
Step #7 Place milk back onto heat stir constantly untill smooth & custard has thickened.
Step #8 (+ - 5 mins).
Step #9 Remove from heat.
Step #10 Add rose water stir well.
Step #11 Cool.
Step #12 Add whipping cream & mix well.
Step #13 Place in a bowl & sprinkle with ground pistachios.
Step #14 Serve chilled.
