Step #1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
Step #2 Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
Step #3 Reserve 1 tbsp of drippings.
Step #4 Drain bacon, chop, & set aside.
Step #5 Heat the bacon drippings in the skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #6 Saute the zucchini, & onion until tender but still crisp, corn, about 10 mins.
Step #7 Spice up with pepper.
Step #8 Spoon vegetables into a bowl, & sprinkle with sliced bacon & shredded cheese.
