Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c creamy peanut butter
  • 3 c white sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a 3 quart saucepan, evaporated milk, mix white sugar, & cocoa.
  • Step #2 Bring to a hard boil, & then reduce heat to medium.
  • Step #3 Continue cooking until it reaches the soft ball stage, 234 degrees F (112 degrees C).
  • Step #4 Stir in peanut butter until well mixed.
  • Step #5 Pour mixture into a buttered 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Step #6 Cool, & cut into pieces.
