Ingredients

• 3 egg whites .
• 3/4 c sugar

Directions

• Step #1 Beat whites until very stiff.
• Step #2 Gradually add sugar & keep beating until mixture forms peaks.
• Step #3 Grease or spray, with cooking oil a large cookie sheet & put tsp amounts on to the sheet about 2 inches apart.
• Step #4 Place in preheated 225 degree oven on the middle rack & bake for 30 mins.
• Step #5 Check to see if the center of the cookie is dry for doneness.
