Ricotta And Tomato Fettucine Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 1/4 c grated asiago cheese, DIVIDED (or can use parmasen) .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
  • 9 oz fettuccine .
  • 1 large tomato, sliced (about 1 c) .
  • 2 tbsps coarsely sliced fresh basil leaves .
  • 3/4 c ricotta cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook fettuccine as directed on package; drain.
  • Step #2 Return to saucepan.
  • Step #3 Stir together butter, ricotta cheese, half of the asagio cheese & Garlic powder.
  • Step #4 Toss with the hot cooked fettucine.
  • Step #5 Top with tomatoes & basil & remaining asagio cheese.
