Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Step #2 In a medium bowl, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, mix flour, & cinnamon.
Step #3 Using two knives or a pastry mixer, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Step #4 Combine buttermilk, egg & vanilla.
Step #5 Stir into flour mixture with peaches until just mixd.
Step #6 On lightly floured surface knead dough 5-6 times.
Step #7 Pat dough into 3/4" thick circle.
Step #8 Cut into 10 wedges.
Step #9 Place on a baking sheet.
Step #10 Bake at 400F edgrees for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
