Hungarian Beef Goulash With Articho
Ingredients
  • 1 beef bouillon cube .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1 1/2 c dry elbow macaroni, cooked .
  • 5 1/2 oz tomato soup (1/2 can) .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes .
  • 3-4 slices American cheese .
  • 1 tbsp ketchup .
  • 3 oz tomato paste (1/2 can)

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown beef, bouillon, onion, salt & pepper In a large-ish frying pan.
  • Step #2 Drain well.
  • Step #3 Add stewed tomatoes, soup, tomato paste & ketchup.
  • Step #4 Simmer 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Add macaroni, stir & pour this into a 2 quart casserole.
  • Step #6 Bake covered in 350* oven for 25-30 mins.
  • Step #7 Uncover, place cheese on top & bake 5 more mins or until cheese is melted.
