• 1 large tomato, thinly sliced & quartered .
• 1 large flour tortilla .
• 1/2 c shredded cheese, your preference .
• 2 green chilies, skin removed torn in strips .
• 1/2 c sliced white onions

• Step #1 Heat oven to 400F degrees.
• Step #2 toast tortilla until lighty browned.
• Step #3 remove this from oven.
• Step #4 while its still hot add toppings beginning with shredded cheese.
• Step #5 add green chilie strips.
• Step #6 add tomato slices.
• Step #7 sprinkle onion all over.
• Step #8 return the tortilla to oven & bake til cheese has melted.
• Step #9 remove & cut in serving size portions.
• Step #10 I cut it with a pizza cutter.
• Step #11 serve this with a side of salsa if desired.
