Perfect Pineapple Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c plain yogurt .
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed (or orange-pineapple juice) .
  • 1/2 c canned crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice instead of packed in syrup)

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain the can of crushed pineapple so all the juice runs out.
  • Step #2 Put all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl & mix them together.
  • Step #3 Spoon the mixture into the paper c.
  • Step #4 Fill them almost to the top.
  • Step #5 Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each c.
  • Step #6 Using the Popsicle stick, poke a hole in the plastic wrap.
  • Step #7 Stand the stick straight up in the center of the c.
  • Step #8 Put the c in the freezer until the mixture is frozen solid.
  • Step #9 Remove the plastic wrap & peel away the paper c.
  • Step #10 You'll have pineapple pops to eat & share! If you like, you can make this recipe using plastic Popsicle molds instead of the paper c & Popsicle sticks.
  • Step #11 I always have such a hard time getting them out the holders though.
