1/2 c canned crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice instead of packed in syrup)
Directions
Step #1 Drain the can of crushed pineapple so all the juice runs out.
Step #2 Put all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl & mix them together.
Step #3 Spoon the mixture into the paper c.
Step #4 Fill them almost to the top.
Step #5 Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each c.
Step #6 Using the Popsicle stick, poke a hole in the plastic wrap.
Step #7 Stand the stick straight up in the center of the c.
Step #8 Put the c in the freezer until the mixture is frozen solid.
Step #9 Remove the plastic wrap & peel away the paper c.
Step #10 You'll have pineapple pops to eat & share!
If you like, you can make this recipe using plastic Popsicle molds instead of the paper c & Popsicle sticks.
Step #11 I always have such a hard time getting them out the holders though.
