• 2 chipotle chiles in adobo .
• 8 oz cream cheese, at about room temp .

• Step #1 in a food processor/blender add cream cheese & chipotle peppers.
• Step #2 using the blade mix until almost smooth.
• Step #3 add salt to taste mix again briefly.
• Step #4 put in a serving dish add green onions stir this to mix.
• Step #5 refigerate til chilled.
• Step #6 serve this with bagels,toast,crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
• Step #7 This is also good with veggies.
