Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c blueberries .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 6 oz cream cheese, at about room temp .
  • 2 3/4 c chocolate milk, divided .
  • 1 (1/4 oz) envelope plain unflavored gelatin .
  • 1/4 c raspberries .
  • 2 tbsps hot fudge, warmed

Directions
  • Step #1 In bowl, pour 1/2 c chocolate milk & sprinkle with gelatin.
  • Step #2 Let sit 5 mins.
  • Step #3 In saucepot, cook sugar & remaining chocolate milk until just boiling.
  • Step #4 Add gelatin mixture.
  • Step #5 Cook 3 mins stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #6 In food processor/blender, puree 1 c milk mixture & cream cheese for 30 seconds.
  • Step #7 Pour into saucepot & whisk.
  • Step #8 Divide mixture among four 8 oz ramekins.
  • Step #9 Refrigerate 2 1/2 hrs or until firm.
  • Step #10 To serve, run knife around edges & invert onto plates.
  • Step #11 Drizzle hot fudge sauce over & top this with a sprinkle of the berries.
