Step #1 In a large frying pan over a medium heat, saute olive oil & garlic.
Step #2 Let the garlic saute for 2 mins, stir in the the green & yellow bell peppers.
Step #3 Let the peppers saute for 2 mins, stir in the the onions.
Step #4 After two mins add the mushrooms & green onions to the frying pan.
Step #5 Spice up the vegetables with lemon pepper to taste & stir well.
Step #6 Cover up the frying pan & cook this until all of the vegetables are tender.
Step #7 Serve the fajitas with flour tortillas, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, lettuce, & sour cream.
