Step #1 Chop the hard salami,provolone tomatoes,ham,lettuce & onions into small bite size pieces.
Step #2 Add the italian dressing,oregano,mayonaise,garlic powder,and salt & pepper(to taste)and stir this together.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Cut out the center of an artisan style loaf of bread-cubing the reserved bread into pieces to dip(do not cut through to the bottom,make a "bread bowl".
Step #5 Pour in hoagie mixture & serve this with bread cubes.
