Fish Madelene Recipe

Ingredients
  • lemon pepper .
  • 4 tbsps butter, melt .
  • 1 tbsp white wine .
  • 1/4 c parsley, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 1/2 c sliced almonds .
  • 1 1/2 lbs flounder or other mild white fish fillets

Directions
  • Step #1 Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top fish with lemon pepper.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top fish with almonds & parsley.
  • Step #4 In a small bowl mix butter, wine & lemon juice.
  • Step #5 Pour over fish.
  • Step #6 Cover up & bake this at 350 for 10mins.
  • Step #7 Uncover & bake another 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Remove from oven & let set 5 mins before serving.
