Step #1 In a skillet melt butter & oil together.
Step #2 Add garlic, red bell peppers,onion & mushrooms.
Step #3 Sautee until veggies are tender.
Step #4 Remove to bowl & set aside.
Step #5 In a bowl mix flour, garlic powder, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Step #6 Mix well.
Step #7 Coat chicken, on both sides, with flour mixture.
Step #8 Shake off excess.
Step #9 In skillet (with garlic juices) add chicken & brown on each side.
Step #10 About 3 mins per side.
Step #11 Return veggies to skillet with chicken.
Step #12 Add broth, rosemary, wine, thume & parsley.
Step #13 Bring to a boil & cook 5 mins or until chicken is done & some liquid is evaporated.
Step #14 Serve.
