Step #1 In a pot, place chicken.
Step #2 Fill with water until chicken is overed by 2 inches.
Step #3 Bring to boil & reduce heat to low.
Step #4 Cover up & let simmer for 20 mins.
Step #5 drain & cool.
Step #6 Shred chicken into small pieces.
Step #7 Set aside.
Step #8 In a large pot heat oil.
Step #9 Add garlic & onion & sautee until tender.
Step #10 Add ketchip, red pepper flakes, water, lemon juice, honey, cumin, horseradish, all spice & parsley to onion mixture.
Step #11 Bring to boil.
Step #12 Reduce heat to low & let simmer, uncovered, for 15 mins.
Step #13 Add shredded chicken & d simmer low for 10mins.
Step #14 Serve on hamburger buns.
