• 3 c tex mex shredded cheese .
• 1 (79 g) can French's French fried onions, coursely crumbled .
• 1/2 c red peppers, finely sliced .
• 16 oz egg roll wraps .
• 1 c prepared ranch dressing

• Step #1 Brown sausage.
• Step #2 Drain very well.
• Step #3 In a bowl, cheese, mix sausage, ranch dressing & red pepper.
• Step #4 Cut wrappers into quarters & place this into mini muffin c.
• Step #5 Bake at 350 for 5 mins.
• Step #6 Remove from oven.
• Step #7 Fill each with sausage mixture.
• Step #8 Sprinkle top crumbled onion rings on top & bake another 5 mins.
