Ingredients

1 sliced onion .
2 (15 oz) cans black beans .
1/4 c reduced sodium ketchup .
1 (14 oz) can low-sodium tomatoes .
1 tbsp olive oil .
1 lb ground beef .
1 (8 oz) can low-sodium tomato sauce .
1 tbsp Splenda sugar substitute .
2 tbsps salt free chili powder

Directions

Step #1 brown ground beef.
Step #2 saute onions in olive oil.
Step #3 mix ingredients, simmer for about 20 mins.
