Grilled Club Sandwiches For 2 Recipe

Ingredients

4 tsps mayonnaise .
4 slices French bread .
4 slices deli turkey (thin slices) .
2 tbsps butter, softened .
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese .
4 slices tomatoes .
4 slices deli ham (thin slices) .
4 tsps barbecue sauce

Directions

Step #1 Combine mayonnaise & barbecue sauce & spread over one side of each slice of bread.
Step #2 Top two slices with 1/2 of the cheese & layer with ham, tomato, turkey & remaining cheese.
Step #3 Top with remaining bread.
Step #4 Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.
Step #5 In a skillet, toast sandwiches over med-heat/flame until lightly browned on both sides.
