Easy Fettucine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

1/8 tsp garlic powder .
8 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked, drained .
1/4 tsp white pepper .
1/8 tsp nutmeg (optional) .
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese .
1/4 c butter or margarine .
4 oz cream cheese, cubed .
3/4 c milk

Directions

Step #1 MIX cream cheese, white pepper, parmesan cheese, milk, butter, & garlic powder in medium sauce pan.
Step #2 Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted & mixture is well mixed.
Step #3 Toss with hot fettucine, & sprinkle with nutmeg (OPTIONAL).
Step #4 Again, I omitted this part of the recipe because we do not like Nutmeg.
