Almond Chocolate Toffee Crunchies Recipe

Step #1 Set oven to 375°.
Step #2 Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
Step #3 Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step #4 In a bowl, brown sugar, beat the butter, white sugar, egg & almond extract for about 3-4 mins or until light & fluffy.
Step #5 In another bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda & salt.
Step #6 Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture until mixed.
Step #7 Stir/mix in toffee chips, milk chocolate chips & almonds; mix well to mix.
Step #8 Drop dough by tbspfuls onto baking sheet, leaving about 1-1/2 inches between dough.
Step #9 Bake for about 8-12 mins, or until light golden brown.
Step #10 Cool for 5 mins on sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
