Ingredients
  • 250 g butter .
  • 1 c brown sugar .
  • 1 c white chocolate, buttons .
  • 1 c sliced apricots .
  • 1 1/2 c flour .
  • 1 c coconut .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 c rolled oats

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  • Step #2 Add egg & beat well.
  • Step #3 Sift flour & mix with coconut, rolled oats, apricots & chocolate buttons.
  • Step #4 Add to creamed butter & sugar & mix well.
  • Step #5 Roll into balls & flatten onto a greased oven tray.
  • Step #6 Bake at 175 degrees celcius for 10 mins.
