Little Pumpkin Snackin' Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 c sugar .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 c canned pumpkin .
1 tsp baking soda .
3/4 tsp cinnamon .
1 tsp pure vanilla extract .
1 tsp baking powder .
2 eggs .
1/2 c margarine or butter, softened .
1 c flour

Directions

Step #1 Butter an 8 inch square baking pan.
Step #2 Beat margarine & sugar until fluffy.
Step #3 Add eggs & vanilla, beat well.
Step #4 Add pumpkin, beat well.
Step #5 In small bowl, baking soda, baking powder, mix flour, salt & cinnamon.
Step #6 Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, beat well.
Step #7 Pour into prepared pan.
Step #8 Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
