Step #1 Pour 1/3 c dressing over chicken in medium bowl.
Step #2 Toss to coat.
Step #3 Cover up, & marinate for 1 hr.
Step #4 Drain, discard dressing.
Step #5 Mix remaing dressing, honey & pepper, peanut butter, set aside.
Step #6 Cook chicken in large skillet on medium high heat about 8 mins or until chicken in cooked through.
Step #7 Mix chicken, onions, spaghetti, carrot, & cilantro in large bowl.
Step #8 Add peanut butter mixture, toss to coat.
Step #9 Serve as soon as possible.
