Ingredients
  • 4 eggs .
  • 3 tsps baking powder .
  • 2 tsps salt .
  • 1 c oil (I prefer canola) .
  • 2 tbsps cinnamon .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 3 c flour .
  • 1/2 c orange juice .
  • 2-6 medium apples (peeled & sliced) .
  • 2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step #2 Grease bundt pan (as desired).
  • Step #3 Mix flour, baking powder, sugar & salt.
  • Step #4 Add in oil, eggs & orange juice (the dough will be THICK).
  • Step #5 Combine cinnamon & sugar.
  • Step #6 Layer batter, apples & then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Step #7 Repeat as necessary until pan is full.
  • Step #8 Cake often cooks in just a little bit over an hr.
