2 Point Tacos! Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 inch) flour tortillas .
1/4 onion, sliced .
1 tsp minced garlic .
salt & pepper .
1 tbsp sour cream .
1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces

Directions

Step #1 In a non-stick pan, dry-saute mushrooms, onions & garlic until carmelized.
Step #2 You can use some of the liquid from the mushrooms if necessary.
Step #3 Meanwhile heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds.
Step #4 Spread sour cream onto the warm tortilla & spoon mushroom mixture over.
Step #5 There will be a lot, you may want to use both hands to eat.
