• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg .
• 1/4-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon .
• 2 large eggs .
• 1 c apple cider .
• 1/2 c sugar .
• 1/2 c whipping cream, whipped .
• 2 c half-and-half .
• 1 c milk .
• 1/8 tsp salt .
• 1/2 c bourbon (optional & to taste)

• Step #1 Whisk the first 8 ingredients together in a saucepan; cook over medium-low heat & whisk frquently, until mixture thickens & coats a spoon.
• Step #2 Add in bourbon; stir this to mix.
• Step #3 Pour mixture into c or mugs.
• Step #4 Top with whipped cream.
