Blueberry Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • Topping .
  • 2 c blueberries .
  • 3/4 c sugar .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 3 tbsps butter or margarine, melted .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 c boiling water .
  • 1 tsp lemon juice .
  • 3/4 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Toss the blueberries with cinnamon & lemon juice, & place this in a greased 8 inch square cake pan.
  • Step #2 Combine flour, sugar & baking powder.
  • Step #3 Stir in milk & butter.
  • Step #4 Spoon over berries.
  • Step #5 Combine sugar & cornstarch, sprinkle it over batter.
  • Step #6 Slowly pour boiling water over all.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins or until cake tests done.
