Chicken Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 (.25 oz) package active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 3/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c warm water (110 degrees to 115 degrees)
  • CRUST:
  • 1 c sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
  • Step #2 Add 1-1/2 c flour, oil, sugar & salt; beat until smooth.
  • Step #3 Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  • Step #4 Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth & elastic, about 6-8 mins.
  • Step #5 Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
  • Step #6 Cover & let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hr.
  • Step #7 Punch dough down.
  • Step #8 Divide in half & roll each half into a 13-in.
  • Step #9 circle.
  • Step #10 Place each piece on a lightly greased 12- to 13-in.
  • Step #11 pizza pan.
  • Step #12 Combine soup, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt & pepper; spread over each pizza.
  • Step #13 Layer with green pepper, onion, mushrooms & chicken.
  • Step #14 Combine cheeses; sprinkle it over pizzas.
  • Step #15 Bake at 425F degrees F for 20-25 mins or until crust is browned & cheese is melted.
