Light Lemon Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) low-fat graham cracker crust .
1/2 c nellie & joe's key west lemon juice (I'm sure regular lemon or even lime juice will do fine) .
1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese .
1 (14 oz) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk .
8 oz fat-free cool whip, thawed

Directions

Step #1 Soften cream cheese & whip together with the sweetened, condensed milk until smooth.
Step #2 Fold in Cool Whip & lemon juice; mix well.
Step #3 Pour into graham cracker crust & chill for several hrs or overnight.
Step #4 Filling should be firm.
Step #5 Garnish if desired with extra Cool Whip.
