Cranberry Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 1 c sliced cranberries
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, baking powder, mix together flour, brown sugar, crumbs, & salt.
  • Step #2 Stir in cranberries, raisins, nuts, & orange rind.
  • Step #3 Add beaten egg, orange juice, & oil.
  • Step #4 Stir until mixed.
  • Step #5 Scrape into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
  • Step #6 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hr, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step #7 Cool in pan for 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
