Eleanor's Oven Fried Haddock Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1 tbsp milk .
  • 3 haddock fillets .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 3/4 c fine dry breadcrumbs .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • 1/4 tsp thyme .
  • 1/4 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 525 degrees.
  • Step #2 Add salt to milk.
  • Step #3 Cut filets into serving pieces, dip into milk, then in the bread crumbs, cheese & thyme.
  • Step #4 Arrange fish in well-greased dish & pour butter over evenly.
  • Step #5 Bake on top rack 12 mins.
  • Step #6 Garnish with paprika.
  • Step #7 Serve with lemon slices.
