Double Chocolate And Spice Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c cream
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar
  • 6 c cubed French bread, crusts removed
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c HERSHEY®'S Cocoa Powder
  • 1 c cream
  • 1/2 c HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips
  • 1 c HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 c whole milk
  • 50 HERSHEY®'S KISSES® Milk Chocolates
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the bread cubes in a large bowl, & drizzle with melted butter.
  • Step #2 Toss to coat.
  • Step #3 Mix together the sugar & HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder, sprinkle evenly over the bread cubes, & toss again.
  • Step #4 Mix in 1/2 c HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips.
  • Step #5 Butter an 8 inch square glass baking dish, & spread bread cubes evenly into the baking dish.
  • Step #6 In a medium saucepan, heat the milk & 1 c cream just to the boiling point; do not boil.
  • Step #7 Remove from heat, add HERSHEY'S KISSES, & whisk until smooth.
  • Step #8 In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
  • Step #9 Slowly whisk in chocolate mixture.
  • Step #10 Pour over bread cubes in baking dish.
  • Step #11 Cover, & put in the fridge for 1 hr.
  • Step #12 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #13 Bake pudding until just set , but center moves slightly when dish is shaken, about 35 mins.
  • Step #14 Meanwhile, prepare glaze.
  • Step #15 Place HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips & 1/2 c cream in a microwave-safe measuring c.
  • Step #16 Microwave, stirring frequently, until the chips are melted.
  • Step #17 Whisk in the confectioners' sugar until the mixture is smooth.
  • Step #18 Drizzle over warm pudding, & serve.
